Miss Taro's house where he was killed by JB | | A Englishman working as a geologist in Jamaica, Dent is really working for Dr. No. He makes friends with Strangways and regularly plays bridge with him at the Queen's Club. Bond becomes supsicious of the geeky geologist, so with the help of Dr. No, Dent tries to eliminate the upstart by leaving a tarantula in his bed. As expected Bond, emerges unscathed and proceeds to bash the tarantula to spider heaven. Almost like a cartoon, Dent has another go by ambushing Bond in the home of Miss Taro. Again Bond gets the upper hand in one of the best sequences of the whole series. Dent fires his "six" into a row of pillows then Bond shots him dead. |
