Dr Julius No Dr. No was the first SPECTRE operative. He introduces the organization to Bond, the org. Dr.No wanted Bond to work for. He had metal prothesis replacing his arms and the cold-calculating Doctor had a plan to dominate the world by controlling USA space ship launches from his Jamaican island. Also, No was half Chinese and half German, who was born to a German missionary.

Ernst Stavro Blofeld Blofeld makes his first appearence in From Russia With Love. SPECTRE #1 Blofeld is probably the most famous Bond villain ever. The cat-loving madman pitted against Bond on numerous occassions was Bond's biggest threat.

Red Grant One of the most sinister men Bond has been up against, Grant is a convicted killer trained by SPECTRE. In From Russia With Love his mission is simply to revenge Dr.No's death and deliver the Lektor Decoder by simply killing Bond. He is finally stopped by 007's Q branch briefcase.

Rosa Klebb Defected from SMERSH to join SPECTRE as their #3 in command, Rosa Klebb entices Bond into a trap by using a Lektor Decoder and beautiful Russian cypher clerk as bait. She also tried to kill Bond with her poison tipped shoes, but Tanya shot her.

Kronsteen A chessmaster who appears in From Russia With Love #5 comes up with a brilliant plan to both avenge Dr. No's death by killing Bond and to steal the Lektor decoder. But his plan fails and his killed by Moresny.

Emilio Largo SPECTRE's #2 and one of their best agents, Largo hijacks two nuclear missiles in Thunderball and threatens to launch them if USA won't pay the ransom. Also a very ruthless man, he goes as far as torturing his own mistress when he finds her untrustworthy. But he's klled by the sae woman he tortured.

Ernst Blofeld This time Blofeld decided to finally show his face in the film You Only Live Twice. Complacency was his downfall however, because he chose not to kill Bond when he had the chance. And as we know Bond thrives when the villain takes his time.

Mr. Osato A Japanese industrialist whose company is a cover for SPECTRE in You Only Live Twice. He's Unable to stop Bond, on numerous of occasions and Osato gets shot by a disappointed and kill happy Ernst Blofeld.

Helga Brandt Known as #11 in SPECTRE. Brandt sleeps with Bond and then tries to kill him by trapping him in a falling aircraft. Bond escapes, not to the pleasure of Blofeld and he sends her into the flesh eating Piranha pool as punishment.

Ernst Blofeld Yet, another face of Blofeld. This time in On Her Majesty's Secret Service Blofeld shows a more aggressive facet of his evilness. He has a hand in killing Bond's new wife Tracy.

Ernst Blofeld In Diamonds Are Forever Bond finally tracks Blofeld down and after two years of revengefull hate in mind, kills Blofeld, so he thought. Bond is sent on a mission to discover who's smuggling diamonds from South Africa. On his mission he discovers that Blofeld was the mastermind behind the whole operation.
